The brackets you refer too to fasten them to the tractor are actually large u-bolts which fit around the lower part of the axle housing and run up through the bottom plate of the fenders and are secured with lock washers and hex nuts. I'm in south central Missouri and I have a nice pair of IHC originals if you would be interested in them I would sell, Hal.
