Same part number should be the same gasket. Thus I assume you have a replacement from another company (or CaseIH is now outsourcing that part). There are 2 things you should verify to make sure the new gasket will work OK. Both can be seen in your earlier picture of the old one. One is the odd shaped hole on the right. It needs to look like your old one (a smaller and round hole is for tractors with water pumps). The second is the hole for the cylinder. It should be small enough to cover the seam between the sleeves and the bore in the block. But it also needs to be large enough that it does not overhang past the sleeve over the cylinder. The area of concern is the flattened area next to the odd shaped hole.
