Red Button is correct, an 806 flywheel will not work. Funny that you should mention this, though. 2 weeks ago in our shop, we needed a flywheel for an 826 also. The only ones that will work fit later 706 Diesels, 756 diesels, 826s, 786s, 886s, 3088s, & 3288s. We did get a new one from a salvage yard that we do business with. He wouldn't tell us exactly where he got it, only said he gets them from "somewhere in Iowa" (and No, it's not from Hy-Capacity). Cost us $475 for it & it worked great. If you want, I can get you the # of the salvage yard. HTH
