Yes IH used the Sheller manufacturing co. and French & Hecht co. spoke covered steering wheels for early H and M tractors. Can't be sure from picture, but looks like a Sheller on that one. Aftermarket did sell a steering wheel that looked something like that at one time. last one I bought was around 1990, could have made them later. This is a black and white picture that doesn't show up to good. But think you can see the steering wheel. Steering wheel size I refer to is the 17.75 and 18 inch diameter for the IH and aftermarket. IH sometimes listed the same steering wheel number as both diameters.
