The steering wheel is correct for 1939 & early 40 M's an H's. This is a picture of a new 1939.or very early 1940 H.It has the flat rim 36 inch wheels, channel seat, hard rubber steering wheel, small pto with round clamp-on cover, the green an white cross for safety decal above pto, the slant indention in rear-end case cover so seat channel spring allowed to go below top of rear end cover,short muffler with 2 in. pipe, and the same tread goodyear tires that most of these tractors came out with when new.
