Since I am sitting right next to my H series repair manual I will look them up for you. Cylinder head nut torque 73 foot pounds You need to use the correct tightening sequence when doing this. Funny, my book does not have a torque value for the rocker arm bolts. They are 3/8" so I would torque them to 18 to 24 ft-lbs. I have a nut to stud torque of 53 ft-lbs which seems a bit high. Those are 7/16" bolts, so I would think 38 to 40 ft-lbs would be okay. The truly important torque is for the head nuts, the rest of them should be tight, but not screaming. Don't forget to re-torque the head after you have run the engine for awhile. I manual is a very important thing to have for any tractor.
