With a valve like pictured and with the liftall lever to rear. One in picture has a strap keeping the lever to rear. With remote control valve in center position its normal for oil to come out the fill opening when running. In the original IH set up the fill cap used a closable vent valve on top of the cap. It was to be left open when using the side ports on the center housing and instructed to be closed when using the remote control valve on double acting hydraulic cylinders. Can't tell enough about how yours is plumbed to give a recommendation.
