Neal, For the diff. plug, I use an old square head bolt turned upside down in the hole and then put a pipe wrench on the shank of the bolt. The square is approx 3/4" so find an old bolt with that size head on it. This is unless you have access to a 3/4" drive ratchet wrench or breaker bar. Your oil filter should be available at Case IH dealer or usually at any NAPA store. Just tell them it's a C152 engine and they should be able to cross the filter over to a NAPA element. The air cleaner should be an oilbath style and you clean it by loosening the large thumb screw and clamp about three inches up from the bottom. Once loosened, carefully remove the bottom canister which should have oil in it. Dump the old oil out and clean all the junk out of the canister. Wipe clean and refill with 30W motor oil up to the oil level line and reinstall. One last thing. I always recommend that you acquire manuals for the tractors you possess. THe operators manual is a must and depending upon how involved you get with maintenance/repairs, the Service and Parts manuals are a good investment. All manuals should also be available from your Case IH dealer or places like Binder Books who advertise on this site. Good luck with the H. FB

I’d probably plowed about 3000 acres (in my head anyway) by the time they found me. This is where my love for tractors started and has only gotten worse in my tender 50 yrs on this “green planet”.
