Just to be sure we are on the same page, the motor is blowing liquid oil the exhaust when it is warmed up ? Or is it smoking ?
If it is liquid, it would have to be coming from the exhaust guides. Unless the oil is really running out it should evaporate and smoke when the manifold is hot. You can tell if it is just wet soot by letting the spots dry.
How much oil does the engine use ? What was the difference between wet and dry compression tests ? What is coming out the breather on the side of the engine ?
