I went and put 2 bolts in the belt pulley hub and used a long bar to turn the engine over backwards. It was tight and wouldn't budge,gave it one last good yank and it broke free. Spun it over backwards really slow for 4 revolutions the spun it over forward 5 or 6 times. Turns over smooth with no binding or ruff spots. I rewired the power wires to manifold and coil,cleaned the insulators in manifold and put tune up kit in distributor. Took the water seperator,pump screens and all the lower fuel lines off and started cleaning everything up. Maybe I can get the old girl running here shortly... fingers crossed.
