MDV is stuck. What's the best way?

We bought the MDV, a 300, and an H. All high crops. All 3 engines are stuck. What's the best way to deal with this? It seems like a good idea to buy a couple gallons of WD 40 to put in the cylinders. If you were wondering, the MDV was $500, and the HV was $150. The 300 is missing the front pedestal, wheels and axle, but it was thrown in with the MDV.
