While I am not one to soup-up these older engines, you will be better served by increasing the lift and duration than increasing overall valve size.
However, that is my opinion. The reason I say that is that a good friend built an F20 stroker for grins. Thing puts out nearly 60 HP. Stroked the crank, reground the cam, changed the compression, and also fitted F30 rockers in it to increase the lift/duration of the valves.
lots and lots of $$$ invested. He had fun, and has a real beast of a pulling F20. Turns heads, starts conversations and is a real unique piece. Not my cup of tea, but I have to admit, it is cool.
