Could be as Charlieu says, or it might still be that you should have changed the entire valve assembly, not just the F-H block. There may be other considerations in the other blocks to allow for the 3rd block to be for a F-H. Just thinking of possibilities from my 25 years in a hydraulics engineering test lab. Cessna built pumps for these, but not the valves.
