Clutch should be dry? The transmission and rear end can be flushed with diesel , does it have a t/a , have you ran this tractor does it leak or make noise ? If the answers are all no I would work it and get the oil hot then let it cool overnight, this should let water separate , then drain the water off the bottom . My opinion if you don't have a seal leaking don't flush with diesel as this cleans dirt out and opens cracks to leak oil .
