What are you going to do with the tractor as those tires are pretty big and your ground speed will go along with them. For all around use a 9.5 on a 8in rim will be just fine. Same with front 4.00x15 will work fine unless you are going to have a loader then you mite wand to go with 5.00x15. Have you priced new tires for the rear. You can have new tires and tubes 9.5x24 delivered to your front door for 500 larger tires and the price goes up pretty fast. If you are thinking a finish belley mower you will want turf 9.5
