I'm not completely familiar with the D358, being its a German engine it's probably metric, most likely 12mm. I had a Ford 6600 a few years ago that the dealer wanted a mint for head bolts. I ended up sourcing a set of 1/2" head studs of the proper lengths with washers and nuts for half of what ford wanted. You'll need to figure out which size thread and what lengths you'll need. The 5.9 cummins might be close enough to use, but I can't say for sure. If ARP doesn't pan out you could try http://www.extreme-studs.com and see what they can do.
