I have a 46 Adams 311, Motor Grader Modification 70-B with a TD-9/UD-9 engine and is listed along side the T-9 and TD-9 Crawler in the TC-24E International Parts Catalog. I found that most of the smaller graders of that era topped out at 25 MPH even with a high/low auxiliary transmission.
my Adams has the Oliver 80 Standard Transmission and finals and Armstrong steering (AKA manual steering). I found out the other day that they made a hydrologic steering dampener.
