The cursed Super C died on Dad while moving a wood trailer about a month ago. He pushed it in the shed and that's where it sat.
Yesterday we took a look at it. No spark. Points weren't opening. The Tractor Supply points we put in it last spring, the last time it mysteriously died, BROKE. The little fiber piece snapped off.
We're looking for the old points in the shop, when Dad finds a mangled old blister pack in the bolt bin... It's a brand new set of GENUINE IH points in the original package! They haven't seen the light of day since 1977.
Since the package was mangled, we used 'em. The tractor runs like a top now.
