Howdy again Pat: They both use the same crankshaft, least wise interchangable.( Both use the same crank part number, with the only differance being the sufix) The bell housings are the same way. If you want to check it one step further, you'll find that the clutch shafts are also the same (again, the only differance being the sufix, which simply means that they will work for each other) It should bolt up and be just fine.
