I had posted earlier about the control valve for the Wagner loader on this tractor. It didn't have a float setting for the boom cylinders. I purchase a new valve and ordered the power beyond sleeve I needed. Everything is installed and working fine. I had one problem though. The hose that comes from the transmission mounted pump was attached to a aluminum pipe via a compression fitting. I didn't have a big enough wrench to tighten the large nut, so I had to improvise. As you can guess I didn't get it tight enough. While I was testing the new valve the compression fitting came apart. It pumped a gallon of hydraulic oil out onto the floor before I could shut the tractor off. I made a trip to town for more oil, bag of oil dry, and the proper size wrench. I sure hope I have it tight enough now. I'll be thinking of that fitting every time I use the tractor.
