As was guessed earlier, that is in fact , a C-20 fast hitch plow. Those are plow chief bottoms and I`d venture a guess probably 14" bottoms. On the back of the moldboard, take a wire brush and clean it up and look for a part number. That will help tell whether it is 12,14 or 16" bottom. 515708R11 is a 12" moldboard, 515710R11 is 14" (most common, I`ve found) and 515712R11 is a 16"(never seen 16" on a C -20, but possible).
As for your other question concerning the belly mount plow from a C, you certainly can unbolt the whole bottoms from the belly mount plow and it will bolt right up to your fast hitch plow. Again, you have to know the width of bottoms on the belly plow and if it`s a different width than those currently on the fast hitch plow, you will have to either narrow or widen the fast hitch plow frame with the series of holes across the front and back of plow to accomodate the different width. It is pretty obvious when you look at it, what has to be done.
