OK, I scanned a hitch plate. It is at http://home.flash.net/~jebecker/hitchplate.jpg. Not sure how it ended up so huge but I'm not doing it over. You might want to FTP or save on your system so you can load it, adjust the size and print it.

Dimensions (nominal, inches):
wide end 6
narrow end 2.5
length 9
straight section of each side 2.25
thickness 5/8

Hole dimensions for centers of holes:
holes on wide end 3.75 apart
hole at narrow end 6 3/4 from center line of the other 2
all 3 are 1 1/8 in from the close end
center hole 4" from hole at narrow end
center hole 11/16 diameter
3 other holes 13/16 diameter

That should be everything you need to duplicate it. Let me know if it isn't.
