Have my 560 diesel split because the TA was slipping in high and when going from low to high. After getting everything apart, I took the cover off the top of the TA and found oil to be in the TA clutch compartment. I'm assuming there is a seal bad and the oil is causing it to slip.
Is there anything else I should be concerned about or replace other than the bad seals and the TA clutch disc.?
Took a look at the main clutch as well and noticed this was the one that had only the four pads. Is there an advantage or disadvantage to this one over the full disc. Any input is helpful. Thanks
