Out of boredom I drove by the local junker's place and sure enough he has some Farmall's for sale. First that he mentioned was a 'M' which he says is a good runner, straight tin and good back tires but needs front tires for $1000.00. I never seen it since it gets dark so early. Out of all this would be most useful for what I do.
For yard Art he had a F-20 with good back tires and an old F-10 Farm Hand loader (the big one-cylinders on outside tires)that he said did run when they tried it for $1500.00.
Then there is a "Regular" with steel lug back wheels and bent up rims on front/no tires that turns over, may run, but kind of a long shot on that since it does not looks like it has for a while and he wants $800.00 for that. Mostly complete though. I kind of was interested in that because we had one as a kid and would like to relive the past a little.
I'm kind of thinking about the "M" and/or the "Regular" since don't need the Loader tractor. What do people think of those tractors & Prices? Cleddy
