Looks good. On level ground, with little snow they work pretty good. When you angle the blade in deeper snow you will find that the blade is a little narrow and your wheels will be in the windrow making a mess behind you. You also need chains and more weight Both on the front and rear. In your last photo it looks like the blade was bouncing You can stop that by adjusting the skid shoes to lift the plow a little.
