Easy just remove the diff housing . Then you will need to remove the brake drum on the diff shaft and plate on the outside of the final drive so the shaft can come out of the final. Install the As drive shaft and then brake drum and then the final can be bolted back to the BNs tranny. Makes a nice set-up for a mower as the rim and tire can be spaced for which width you like. I add a wt to the inside of the center section. Ive done it several times for mowing.
