The continental Ds are a little hard to find engine- if a 350D gets bad block the price to find new block alone is about the same as a decent running used engine from a SH or 300 and is basic bolt in fit. As others noted most of the shown SH-TA are 300/350 drive trains/rears with SH fronts- and the 350D is a economic donor with broken blocks and or cranks with bearing needing line bores. RN
