You may have air in that side, bleed that brake to see if it improves. If not, cap the line going to the right brake, pump the pedal, if it gets real hard on the first pump, the problem is most likely a failed O-ring on the brake piston. This will require removing the right wheel and final drive/axle assembly. If the pedal feels much the same with the line capped as it did after bleeding, the brake valve is the culprit, and will need to be rebuilt or replaced. This assumes you don't have a leaking brake line.
