Hi, the water pump pulley is split and is locked by a set screw an locking nut. If the water pump belt is not too tight, with the SHUTOFF lever in OFF position work the gen/alt belt under the water pump pulley and then bump the starter and the gen/alt belt will feed under the water pump pulley and the gen/alt belt can be worked over the fan blades one blade at a time. Reverse procedure to install gen/alt belt.
