I am certainly not the expert on this 350 model but do have a friend who has one which is beautifully restored. I believe he said only about 850 total were built. According to information from the IHC Archives at the Wisconsin Historical Society the tractor was first named "International 350 Hi-Clear Tractor" in early 1957 which was changed six months later to "International 350 Hi-Utility Tractor". The reason for the name change was to eliminate any confusion to the high clearance tractors as used in canefield operations. With an expanded area of sales on a national basis instead of being restricted to the shade tobacco areas an annual demand of 800-1000 tractors annually were believed possible. The additional ground clearance was obtained by using the Farmall 350 rear axle, wheel and tire equipment, and the provision of a front axle on which the vertical extensions are increased by five inches. This information is documented in the Product Identification Committee Decision No. 131 (Mar. 28, 1957) and Supplement No. 1 dated Sept. 17, 1957. Hope this is of some help and to answer your question on collectable I would think it would certainly be and doubt they are rarely seen even at the large IH Tractor Shows like the RPRU, Hal
