Being the transducer is solid state the ohm readings are not conducive to giving you a good or bad reading. The first time I tried to test one I was getting readings all over the place. I took it down to a friend of mine who had been repairing electronics , radio, television etc forever and had him try to give me an answer. He hooked it up to his meters and said you can't really give it a positive spec as every time you switched to different scales on the meter it gave a different ohm reading.
