15 inch wheels were part of the high and wide option, which also included 30 inch rear wheels and I believe axle extender on rear and a wider axle on front, though there are a number of cubs around with only the high crop setup, having the taller wheels without the longer axle setups. I do not know that there were certain years for them since they were frequently a delaer added option, or if they are still available.
