You'd have to pull a set of arms off of a junk tractor to get a set. Someone on eBay sells the latch parts if they are missing on the hitch arms you find. The claw part has about 3" that go into the tube. You can cut the tube apart to get the claw out, then you can weld them onto anything you want to use them on. But I don't think it would work very good on a three point that has swinging hitch arms. There are also quick couplers you can buy on eBay that you could weld to a hitch arm.
