Three Ideas. Angie's List, Craig's List, or Local paper. Another Idea is do check possible helpers from either a local Tech School, or the shop area of your local Senior Center. A FFA project, or 4H project is also a fine Idea. Make arrangements on paper to be clear on costs, or ownership. Another option is to Donate the tractor to a Public School, or entity like NPR.
