IH 424 hydraulics not working - PLEASE HELP

The hydraulics on my IH 424 just completely stopped working. I cleaned the filter and changed the fluid but NOTHING! No noise, nothing, just nothing moves. Could it be a pump or something? I don't know ANYTHING about this tractor so ANY help would really be appreciated!
