I just got through draining and replacing oil my
M. It looked the same way. It also had about 5
gal to much oil in it. After I drained it I filled it up
with clean used hyd oil and drove it for about 5
min, going through all the gears. I then
drained it agin, but still had some crapy
looking oil. What I did then was to pour diesel
in it & let it drain. Also I took a stick of wood
about 16" long to dig out gunk from bottom of
case. Then took telescoping magnit to get out
any metal shavings. I think Igot pretty clean.
Seems like alot of work but I think it's the right
way to do it.
