Greetings: I live in W. NY (near Rochester) and use a Cub for most of my plowing needs on my 250 ft of driveway. I have rear wheel weights, chains, and about 200 pounds of rocks in a rear end box I built. So far it works quite well. When the snow is over about a foot I will use my Farmall A just because it is bigger and faster. The Cub could probably do the job, but I would have to take smaller bites. Your other questions have already been answered. My Cub was really purchased for mowing which it does very well. Snow plowing is an added benefit. As long as you work within the Cub's size/HP limitations it is a great tractor and lots of fun. Douglas Stockman Penfield, NY
