I have a Worksaver 2pt to 3pt conversion on my Farmall 200 - Tractor works well on a heavy old 5' BrushHog knockoff. Farmall's lift is entirely capable, but uses a separate cylinder, rather than rockshaft like the the HK-102, so I can't talk to that. Your Super C should be able to handle the mower, and the weight OK however. I wish I had a 6', think the tractor could handle it, and the cut would be as wide as the tractor. 5' is a little narrow.
