Check out Guy Fay's "Farmall Letter Series" book page 115. Picture of a SMTA with a tool box mounted above the IPTO. When I was a kid growing up in central Iowa all Farmall's had such a tool box. Never knew about lightbar and rail mounted boxes until recently. These boxes were very handy when getting on and off the tractor to work on an implement and were out of the way for all attachments except mounted corn pickers. I suspect that these boxes were a "Dealer Option" because some came with lots of dealer advertising. These were heavy well built boxes with good hinges/latches that took a lot of hard use. Wish their was a source available today. (bought a TSC versioin and it is really a lightweight.) Dick Davis
