International 140?

Found an International 140. Serial plate mostly gone due to the nearby fertilizer hopper. It has the old style pan seat, is painted red and has three horizontal bars on the grill. Does this sound right? I thought it should say farmall on the hood. I also thought the International 140's were the Industrial versions. I am sure you guys will straighten me out. Can you give me a ball park build date? Thanks in advance.
