Short of turning the tractor upside down and opening the gas tank cap, I would make sure the gas was shut off at the sediment bulb. Then disconnect the fuel line from the carb, place a funnel and a gas can under it, and then turn the gas back on at the sediment bulb. It might take a while for it all to run out, but I don't know of an alternative. I have a Cub 154 also.
