Your oil level should be somewhere up to the height of where your top hose is.There should be what looks like a radiator petcock on one side or the other that you loosen and fill until it runs out hole.
Your drain plug cannot be seen in that picture.
It is clear down on the bottom of the rear casting just above the drawbar. Maybe a 1/2 inch pipe plug size. Forward of that on opposite side is a large plug with a square 3/4 inch drive hole this is one of the two plugs for draining the transmission and rear end oil.
