The cover is what covers the tachometer panel. It just slips off, pull it straight up. Under the cover is a printed circuit (on edge) board that pulls straight up also. The circuit board is the fuse. But it also has circut breakers and they are located under the same cover. My 2750 used to like to "EAT" those fuse boards. The electrical systems on the 2350, 2550, 2750's with SGB left alot to be desired. My 2750 also melted the electrical connector under the foot panel, that also caused my lights not to work. I spliced in a heavier connector and hard wired around my fuse board. That was the end of my lighting problem, of course circuit breakers still protect the lighting circuit.
