I had the John Deere Plow and Cultivator delivered today by the man I bought them from. The plow is a John Deere #44 and it seems to be in good condition and the Cultivator is an ABG 200 model. This also looks complete and in really good condition. Just think what a good coat of paint would do to the look of the implements but then I like the original look also. I used my 1948 Farmall C with a 2C32 Loader to take them off the trailer. That was fun, I didnt know it could pick up that much weight. I plan on using the plow behind my 1948 John Deere A and plan on using the cultivator on the 1951 John Deere B, it already has the attatchments for hooking up the cultivator on it. Once I get that tractor running then I will hook the cultivator up. I payed $100 for the plow and $50 for the cultivator and also $50 for delivery. So for everything,$200, which I thought was a good deal. Some questions; what are the extra cultivator points for??? Extras just in case??? Hopefully everything will turn out well. Enjoy the pictures and tell me what you think. Thanks from Nebraska, Andrew.
