Try salvage yards for rims. You can buy the spacers for band duals. I had 4 J-bolts on mine. You can weld the J-bolt brackets to the rim---you don"t need the curved angle iron inside the rim. Takes a little jockeying to get lined up when attaching, but no real big deal. I"ve seen them on MN craigslist this summer. I still have my 3020, but can"t remember when I sold the duals, just know they"re not here!
