4020 , tires and ground speed.

Hey fella's,
I am changing rear tires on my 4020. I'm going from 16.9x34 goodyears which only measure 60 inches tall to 18.4x38 firestone field and roads with nearly new tread. How will jumping up the 3 tire sizes affect my ground speed? will first gear now be the same as second used to be? If not what will the percentage increase be? Let me know what to expect.
