The toy Cat was made by Arcade. They are somewhat hard to find but not rare. As far as value it is hard to determine without actually examining the condition of the the toy. Some were equiped with rubber tracks as shown on pages 38 & 40 while others had metal link tracks as shown on the front cover. There are variation in the decals also.
