OLD Avery Planter Co. Picture-Peoria IL

We have a very old painted picture of the Peoria River. It has buildings on each side of the river and it reads "Avery Planter Co., Peoria IL". It was found many years ago in an attic of an old house. We want to sell this on ebay, but we have no idea it's value or any info about it. If anyone knows anything about the Avery business or this picture, PLEASE contact me. THANKS
