I have a 190 as well that is in pretty poor condition. There is a company in Dyserville IA called Samulsons that deals in parts for these Ertl tractors. They have two Alis Chalmer 190 tractors for sale themselves..one is sellin for $650 the other $1000. The first is as is condition the second is refurbished.
