Oliver combination plow

An 81 year old friend of mine has a replica of an early 1900s Oliver combination plow. The story as he remembers is that his Uncle who was an Oliver, possibly a salesman, may have used it as a sample at the 1904 World Fair in St Louis.I offered to try an obtain some information about it for him. The following is what i could clearly make out from the stamping on the replica.
